The WANZELONYO 10 pack of AA batteries seems fine to me. The protective plastic cases did OK at protecting the batteries. I was a little confused about the 2 bonus batteries in the 10 pack, annotated via a sticker as "Spare Parts for you", but I'll gladly put them to use. The batteries make some claims of 20% more battery life and a 10 year shelf life, which is pretty impressive. So far, I've been able to put them to use in a blood pressure cuff and the batteries are still going fine, so they get my endorsement. The bonus batteries help the per-unit pricing, but these aren't a huge value compared to all the alkaline batteries out there. The plastic cases might be useful for toting around spare batteries when you're out and about, but the cases aren't particularly durable.10 year shelflife! For a prepper, that’s a huge plus! They come included in a plastic case to keep them protected. So far they work like any other alkaline battery. As far as price, no bargain but the 10 year shelflife makes them were a bit more so I only took away one star. There is not much to talk about with standard alkaline AA batteries, other than whether or not they work. These appear to be just fine, proper size, and they all showed up with a charge of right around 1.63V. I popped four of them in a little LED closet light, and they throw significantly more brightness than the NiMH batteries I had in there - a good demonstration of the fact that rechargeable batteries are not always the best choice. Now I'll just have to wait to see if these batteries live up to their 1700mAh rating.I really like the little plastic 4-pack cases they come in, since that will prevent them from discharging in storage. Plus, those cases will definitely be in use around here long after these batteries have done their duty. I even got a kick out of the little round "Spare Parts for You" sticker. The price as I'm writing this review is $11.53, and the Amazon ad right now incorrectly lists this as a pack of 10, or $1.15 per battery. This is actually 12 batteries, so the true unit cost is $0.96. That's more in line with the cost of other AA alkalines you might see online, especially taking the storage cases into account. These batteries are great, they were charged when they arrived and they continue to work, even in our Xbox 360 controllers. You receive a total of 12 batteries in 3 real handy battery cases for less than $12. Not a bad deal when you add in the battery cases. Always store your batteries in a case or using some method to prevent the metal contacts from touching something. This will avoid problems, including possible fires. I have a larger battery storage case obtained from Amazon, the ALCYON Battery Organizer to keep everything safe and handy for when I need a battery. Each battery measured 1.62 volts consistently. The supplier claims an extra 20% capacity over standard AA batteries, and these will be used in flashlights and holiday LED candles and other devices with moderate battery drain.Bottom Line: 12 Good batteries with good mAh capacity.I tested all the batteries and they measured 1.62, 1.61, and 1.60 volts with only 2 at 1.60. The overall outside construction looks to be very good quality. I cannot find anything that I do not like about them and they also came in battery cases. I don't use alkaline as much as lithium rechargeable anymore, but they are handy to have on hand for certain things around the house and this brand would be my first choice.I have 2 AA battery operated candles that needed new batteries. Installed them and the candles were really bright and flickered. I have no idea about the longevity of these batteries, but the 4 I used all work.
