I had to open the front to clean the screen, also one of the shoulder buttons isn't "clicky" because it's missing the aluminum popper sheet thingamabob, but it works nonthelessUnit looked almost brand new, worked great. The outer shell looked new as well as the controls. I bought a second psp from the same seller a few days later just to have on hand with the same very positive quality.The shell of the system is cracked and missing paint. The ‘doors’ to the battery and memory stick are scraped up. Oh, and the system doesnt work unless it is plugged in!! Do not by from this seller!!
