I bought it on May 19th and obviously didn't use it till I had a Urinal back up this morning on June 25th (As why would you use it if something isnt broken?). I used it on the first urinal and it did an AMAZING job. So I have 10 urinals in this restroom so I decided to run it through 2 others that were starting to drain slower. The next one worked just as awesome as the first. The 3rd one however while feeding down the drain, the cable somehow became disconnected and stuck in the urinal. I removed the M12 and proceeded to easily pull the cable back up out of the urinal, however I can not figure out how to reconnect the cable to the auger. I searched youtube and surprisingly found nothing! I came back to my amazon order and surprise surprise, my return date is only June 19th, so I cant even return it for replacement.Would be 5 stars if it didn't break, in fact as the only Maintenance guy in a 2500 seat Music Venue it would be 100 stars in that case. I only give it 3 as I cant even use it again the way it is. Also he Milwaukee guy on youtube says it comes with a bag, which would be awesome as well, but I never received any bag with mine!
